New extension to the SEB (Sensory Education Base)

On Thursday 10th April 2003 Ms Pam Royle (Tyne Tees presenter) officially opened the new SEB buildings. This was a celebration of all the hard work of the staff, governors, LEA officials, architects, builders and anyone who has been involved in the development of first class facilities for these students. The new classroom and facilities were much needed for a large population of students with profound and multiple learning difficulties. The rooms include an ICT room, a teaching area with an electronic whiteboard a multi sensory room, two other teaching rooms and state of the art hygiene facilities.
